Il Casale dei Sassi.
Steps from the stables, Il Casale dei Sassi is the Equestrian Centre's club house: a stone retreat where guests and riders gather before and after their outings, in an informal and authentic atmosphere.
A place designed for guests and riders alike — to share a meal, recount the ride, or simply enjoy the silence of the estate.
The rides.
Guided departures along the estate's paths, through rows of vines, historic olive groves and oak woodland. Horses are trained for walking pace and suitable for all levels — even those who have never ridden before.
Each route is chosen according to the season and the group's pace: short outings for the youngest, longer excursions for those who want to immerse themselves in the Umbrian landscape without hurry.

For those wishing to learn or refine their technique, the Equestrian Centre offers individual and group lessons with qualified instructors. A programme calibrated to the age and experience of each rider.
Lessons for children and adults, beginners and experienced riders alike. Every session is designed to nurture the bond between rider and horse, at each person's own pace.

The breeding.
The Principato's Equestrian Centre breeds horses with care and respect, following each animal from birth. A family-run operation where the wellbeing of the horse always comes first.
Every horse that carries guests in the saddle was raised and trained on the estate — a bond with the land that can be felt with every outing.
Parrano Endurance Challenge.
In 2010, Principato di Parrano hosted equestrian endurance races: routes through nature, horses and riders in harmony with the Umbrian landscape.
