The Process

From blossom to jar.

Healthy colonies, respectful harvesting, cold processing, artisanal jarring. No compromises.

Colony Care

The hives live at the edge of the woodland, away from pollution, among the estate's wild flora.

Flowering

The bees gather nectar at peak blossom, following the natural rhythm of the seasons and the woodland.

Harvesting

The honey is extracted without heating, to preserve aromas, enzymes and nutritional properties intact.

Decanting

Slow rest in decanting tanks, to naturally separate the honey from impurities.

Selection

Only the finest batches enter our labels, selected for aroma, colour and consistency.

Jarring

Hand-filled in small batches, to guarantee freshness and traceability of every jar.
